To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Global Marketing, we are looking for a dedicated Global Marketing Content Lead (f/m/d), 100%.

Your tasks:

Lead the development of content strategy & plan in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders
Create & implement strategies for personalized content delivery to enhance customer engagement and retention
Develop business-relevant value propositions and messaging strategies for marketing activities at Bachem
Govern & collect potential content from within the organization
Generate easy to understand and highly attractive content for Bachem's various communication channels
Manage and oversee external content providers to ensure brand, messaging and value propositions are aligned with business interests and messaging strategy
Set up processes and governance to ensure that content remains accessible, searchable, up-to-date, and useful for stakeholders

Your profile:

5 years or more of work experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a similar position, rendering possible to fulfill all required tasks
Masters in life sciences (preferably chemistry, bio sciences or pharmaceutical sciences), Ph D preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience with scientific writing, translating science into sell-able messaging
Team player, enjoying working in a team on a global level
