What will you do

The Global Business Solutions Portfolio Manager will work in close collaboration with Regional Business Solution Leads to define and maintain the technical global project portfolio and the related backlog. He/she will align with Global Business Solutions Leadership, MAKE IT, Smart Ops and DTO to ensure that active initiatives in the current portfolio reflect Kenvue’s global strategy. Furthermore, he will be responsible of compiling the Global MAKE 5 years transformation roadmap, taking the inputs coming from Business Solutions Regional Leads as well as from other Global functions.

The role has a key role in defining the MAKE’s Business Solutions Catalogue that will be the cornerstone of Kenvue’s systems and processes harmonization effort.

In addition to the above the Global Business Solutions Portfolio Manager will drive the budgeting and forecasting process for Global Business Solutions closely working with Project, Program and Team leads to ensure the proper budget will be allocated and that spending level are always aligned with the expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Play a key role in supporting the execution of Kenvue’s technological transformation at global level, working closely with Global Tech Ops leadership as well as with MAKE IT and DTO stakeholders to define, manage and supervise MAKE’s technological portfolio.
Manage and drive, at global level, the execution of the new unified intake process, coordinating with MAKE IT, Smart Ops and DTO.
Align with the Transformation Office to ensure that key dependencies of global cross functional initiatives are mapped and addressed and proactively manage cross functional impacts driven by changes in the current MAKE project portfolio and 5 years roadmap.
Create and Maintain MAKE’s Business Solutions Catalogue and capabilities’ map.
Work with the finance department driving the execution of the budgeting and forecasting activities for Global Business Solutions.
Coordinate activities related to the Global Tech Ops 3 years’ operating plan participating to periodic costs and benefits reviews for the initiative that are included within Global Business Solutions’ scope.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Master of Science in Engineering, Business Management or similar
Minimum of 7 years of business experience with at least 3 years of Supply Chain, Finance, IT or relevant functional experience required
Possesses excellent communication, motivation, team building, employee involvement, diplomacy, delegating skills, as well as confidence and enthusiasm
Strategic planning and disruptive thinking. Agile and entrepreneurial mindset
Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate within and across companies, cultures, functions, and geographies to lead change and action
Proven experience in project portfolio management, IT Demand Management and Project management in complex global environments.
Ability to interact with global and local stakeholders in complex scenarios
Direct experience in managing budgeting and forecasting processes
Experience working in a consumer goods or pharmaceutical supply chain environment is preferred
Experience in global consultancy and corporate environment managing and coordinating large teams in matrix organization is preferred
