Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually compelling assets that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials, from print collateral to digital assets and video content.

Responsibilities:

• Design across platforms: Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, posters, websites, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Video design: Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, including storyboards, animations, and motion graphics.
• Brand consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
• Innovation: Maintain the ability to propose original creative concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets on time.
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Figma, etc.) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Expertise in developing appealing content for social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and versatility

Bonus Points:

• • Experience in motion graphics and animation
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with UX/UI design
