Your responsibilities

• Operational HR Management: ensuring an efficient, lean and service-oriented operating model
• That includes:
  • Recruitment, HR Marketing: definition of measures to attract the right employees
  • Compensation & Benefits: Ensuring up-to-date C&B models and systems
  • Learning & Development: Ensuring an environment for all employees to learn and grow
  • Leadership Development: Empowering current and future leaders through support and programs
• Localize global HR strategy
• Supports VP Group HR in the fulfillment of Group HR objectives
• Continuously improve the products & services among the whole employee life cycle from hire to retire
• Drives service oriented operating model, ensures business proximity and support
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Leading and developing the local HR team

Your profile

• 10 years of experience in a senior HR position, whereas at least 5 years managerial experience. International environment preferred, industrial sector an advantage
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Digital savvy
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written, business fluent)
• Broad and practice-oriented expertise in both strategic and operational HR work
• Demonstrates high business sense and the ability to translate needs into solutions
• Experienced in managing change processes and involved stakeholders effectively
• High level of resilience, ability to handle multiple priorities and also pressure while maintaining high quality work
