We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Visual Merchandising to lead our visual merchandising strategy across 46 stores in Switzerland. This role is pivotal in creating and maintaining the visual identity of our stores, ensuring an engaging and cohesive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Tally Weijls brand identity and marketing goals.

• Collaborate closely with 5 area sales managers to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all stores.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of in-store displays, window presentations, and overall store layouts.

• Monitor and analyse visual merchandising performance to optimize store aesthetics and customer engagement.

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our visual merchandising fresh and innovative.

• Work primarily in stores to implement visual strategies, with office days on Mondays and Tuesdays at our HQ in Basel.

• Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

• Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently to various store locations.

• Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools is a plus.
