Our HR Department in Bad Zurzach, Switzerland is looking for a
Head of HR SSC Switzerland
(f/m/d) (80%-100 %)

Reporting to the Corporate Head of HR Processes, Analytics and Digitalisation this role is responsible for providing operational management to payroll, core Human Resources processes, administrative processes, leading the HR Shared Service Center for Switzerland. It is accountable for the service performance of the function delivering day-to-day services to all employees and managers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that local Human Resources Operations services, Human Resources administration and Payroll are delivered in terms of timeliness, quality, budget and compliance
• Overseeing the delivery processing of transactional work for Switzerland including monitoring service levels, quality checks and process compliance in the HRSSC
• Developing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
• Leading the team contribution to the development of new end to end transactional administration activities and service level agreements
• Working together with the HR Operations Manager to design and implement standard policies, practices, processes and systems in alignment with business and local requirements
• Collaborating with other Heads of HR Operations to create standardized process maps and SOPs
• Managing the team to ensure the objectives are met

Your ideal profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
• You have solid experience in Human Resources Services in Switzerland, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery data and other Human Resources processes
• You have practical experience in partnering senior line management roles as well as knowledge of managing payroll administration
• You possess solid understanding of local Swiss Employment Law and are experienced in ensuring its compliance
• You possess practical knowledge of Human Resources procedures and systems, as well as proven experience in building best in class processes
• You are familiar with SAP Success Factors, HCM or other comparable HCM applications
• You have the ability to establish credibility, influence and relationships with all levels of the organization and with external partners
• You are used to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions that have an impact on people, quality of service, and costs
• You have native-level proficiency in German and have excellent spoken and written English skills
