What you can achieve
- You independently lead and coordinate strategic HR projects in a dynamic and international environment
- You develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize our HR processes and structures
- Complex content for different target groups you visualize and present
- You will promote digital transformation in the HR area with your high IT affinity
- You will ensure smooth communication across various channels
- HR data you analyze and interpret to derive actionable recommendations
- ️ You will take responsibility for risk management and quality assurance of projects
How you can do it
- We benefit from your many years of experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an international environment
- ️ You have excellent communication and moderation skills in English (fluent) and German (B1), additional languages such as Spanish and Portuguese are an advantage
- You have repeatedly demonstrated your ability to independently plan, manage, and successfully complete projects
- You have a high IT affinity and experience with modern HR systems and tools
- Your analytical thinking enables you to quickly grasp and efficiently visualize complex issues
- You have strong skills in stakeholder management and intercultural competence
- Experience with agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is an advantage
