Job Description
Sika Informationssysteme AG operates Sika’s global modern IT platforms allowing our approx. 29’000 users in over 100 countries around the world to carry out their business processes efficiently. As a competent partner it supports the business and the local IT organizations to develop the next generation of innovative digital solutions.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate IT Security Consultant who will provide Security Expertise and Guidance over a series of Digital & IT Projects and other Security related programs and initiatives across the company globally. You will be working in Zürich in the Global Sika Cyber Security team and in close collaboration with other Global IT departments as well as other business stakeholder groups.
Exciting challenges:

• Provide support and technical consultancy to global and local IT teams in the analysis, design and implementation phases of projects, as well as in security architecture
• Propose innovative solutions to ensure security and implement efficient and effective technical controls in line with the group's policy
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT professionals to plan and implement security strategies and to ensure that the solutions comply with the policies and regulations of Sika
• Support the creation of security awareness across the Sika organization
• Ensure that Group IT directives and guidelines are communicated to the IT community and deployed in IT projects.
• Conduct security assessments for service providers, IT projects and business initiatives
• Advise security measures and controls in various projects and initiatives

Qualifications
We need your skills

• At least 3-5 years of broad IT security experience in a globally distributed IT organization
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC or other relevant security certificates
• Good understanding of Security Management and different frameworks like- ISO2700x, NIST or CIS/SANS 20
• Profound understanding of security concepts, controls and tools to protect an organization (e.g. EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, application and network security, cloud security, Business Continuity and Cyber Crisis Management, data protection)
• Good knowledge of different applications, operating systems, cloud computing concepts in general and understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to handle IT concepts, various technologies, architecture diagrams and translate into actionable items. Follow up on execution steps, risks, and exceptions
• Ability to work independently and manage the capacity
• Solution-oriented personality with sound analytical and conceptual skills
• Flexible, able to adapt to new contexts and to certain shifting priorities
• Enjoying continuous learning and development
• Very good communication, presentation and consulting skills
• Advanced in English, German a benefit
