• Lead a global team in different locations (CH, AT, US and MY). Supervise and coordinate internal & external SAP consultants (PP, MM, QM, WM, PM, IBP & MES).
• Lead and contribution in conceptual system and process design.
• Project Responsibilities, Project Leader in the specific scope of complex projects (e.g. SAP IBP – Integrated Business Planning)
• Process consulting to improve, standardize and optimize all global processes in supply chain and production area; with focus on processes for all Tecan production entities.
• Process consulting and support further development for worldwide S&OP (SAP IBP) of the complex processes in Tecan.
• Active support for digital transformation on our Program ELEVATE (Greenfield SAP S/4 implementation) within production and the supply chain
• Business Process Modelling and Documentation of global processes with new methodologies (e.g. Signavio)
• Communication to all stakeholders (within team, to IT Management and business functional leads)
• Assistance by definitions of tools and standards
• Support Group IT within the leadership team to improve IT Governance

• Experience in Management of interdisciplinary IT teams
• Familiar with Technologies and their opportunities, detailed database and deep IS/IT knowledge is not necessary
• Project Management
• Expert Know How, experience and competence about opportunities and practical operation within specific processes
• Broad process and industry know-how
• SAP Intercompany Processes, SAP PP /& PP-PI / MM / QM / WM / IBP Process Knowledge
• MES (Manufacturing Engineering System)
• SAP S/4 HANA
• Leadership skills (in project and disciplinary)
• Fluent in English and German
