Sandoz is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Specialty team in Switzerland. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward in the therapeutic areas of Ophthalmology, Neurology, and Endocrinology.

Major Accountabilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the key accounts in the Ophthalmology, Neurology and Endocrinology market in Switzerland.
  
• Promote products in the therapeutic areas of Ophthalmology, Neurology, and Endocrinology.
  
• Collaborate with the brand team to support pre-launch and launch activities in Ophthalmology and Neurology.
  
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge and best practices within the team to strengthen overall team performance.
  
• Balance responsibilities across multiple therapeutic areas, particularly during the pre-launch and early launch phases.
  

What you'll bring to the role:
Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the Ophthalmology market in Switzerland.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of Swiss anti-VEGF Ophthalmology market.
  
• A strong network to Swiss Ophthalmologists and a successful track record with key Ophthalmology accounts
  
• Familiarity with Swiss Key Opinion Leaders and the Swiss Top 30 Accounts
  
• Demonstrated experience with pre-launch and launch activities in Ophthalmology.
  
• Strong team player with a willingness to share knowledge and support team members.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
• Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken) are essential. French is beneficial
