The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for a MSAT Bioconjugates Process Expert (m/f/d) to support our growth project Vibe-X, a customer-dedicated plant for a conjugated vaccine. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful commissioning of the facility and later realization of the PPQ and further production campaigns. You will play a crucial role in the network between the different departments as manufacturing, development, quality assurance and control. Become part of this exciting opportunity and apply now!
Key responsibilities:

• Deliver process know-how, scientific expertise as well as operational excellence with regard to biopharma API production
  
• Ensure right first time process technology transfer and manufacturability in cooperation with the project cross-functional team (PD, Ops, QA, QC, etc.)
  
• Change control management
  
• Support production campaigns and leading process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor as needed
  
• Process optimization by regular data analysis and compilation of CPV and APQR with the support of the data manager
  
• Improve workflows and production assets by driving relevant innovation projects
  

Key requirements:

• Master or Ph D (preferred) in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines with a focus on organic chemistry
  
• Significant (multi-year) experience in Bioconjugation methodologies, biopharma manufacturing and / or process development, preferably in the area of Bioconjugates
  
• Hands-on experience with downstream processing, such as chromatography and filtration techniques.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound technical decisions.
  
• c GMP experience and deep understanding of Bioprocess technology
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teams environment.
  
• Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
  
• Creative, agile, open-minded
