Position Summary

As a NPTC Nutrition Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Nutrition NPTC Leadership Team and work cross functionally among various teams.

A Day in the Life of a NPTC Nutrition Assistant

Calendar and schedule management for at least two members of the NPTC Nutrition Leadership Team
Ensure proper documentation including, taking minutes of meeting, tracking and follow-up actions, as well as document management
Ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration, especially with assistants in Vevey, Konolfingen & other NPTC units
Lead the organization of major events and meetings for the Leadership team
Maintain Share Point and intranet updated and prepare content
Proofread and enhance presentations and documents
Onboard new employees and facilitate communication for newcomers
Provide ad hoc support for audits and tasks

What will make you successful

Higher commercial school education
Established experience as Administrative Assistant within a matrix & international organization
At ease working with internal Digital tools
Highly organized with strong attention to details
Proactive and problem-solving approach
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Fluent in German & English is mandatory, French is a plus

At Nestlé Research and Development in Konolfingen near Bern / Switzerland, we develop for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging concepts for a broad range of products of our Nutrition, Dairy, Health Science and Coffee businesses. In addition, we also provide technical assistance to our factories.
