We are seeking a highly skilled OT and IT System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) systems within our organization, ensuring overall security, availability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Integration of OT and IT Systems:

• Design and implement integrated solutions for operational and information technology systems.
• Ensure transparent and secure communication between OT and IT systems.

2. Industrial Systems Security:

• Implement robust security measures to protect industrial systems from internal and external threats.
• Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with security standards.

3. Performance Management:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of OT and IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

4. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

• Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous reliability of systems.
• Respond promptly to incidents, diagnose problems, and implement corrective solutions.

5. Interfunctional Collaboration:

• Work closely with operational teams, software development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing OT and IT systems.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus) and network protocols.
• Strong skills in industrial and network systems security.
• Practical experience with technologies such as SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES, and distributed control systems.
• SQL and/or Python know how welcome
• Data Engineering skills for Power BI and/or Grafana, real time analytics
• Good interface and automation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent communication skills.
