What You’ll Do:
  • Language Magic: Deliver and enhance an educational program teaching English as an additional language to non-native English-speaking children aged 4-8 using fun, interactive, and age-appropriate methods.
  • Preschool Explorations: Independently teach a preschool class to children aged 2-4 by creating a warm and welcoming classroom environment that sparks joy and curiosity.
  • Creative Learning: Use a variety of educational techniques like storytelling, educational play, structure, crafts, and fine/gross motor activities.
  • Skill Building: Guide children to develop their artistic, practical, and language capabilities.
  • Social Stars: Help children improve their social competencies, resolve conflicts, and build self-esteem.
  • Safety First: Supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times and to practice sound hygiene practices
  • Progress Tracking: Observe and evaluate the children’s progress, providing feedback and support to help each child shine.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate as part of an international team to ensure the best educational experience for our students.
You are our ideal candidate if you are:
  • A native English speaker with a passion for teaching.
  • A qualified preschool or primary school teacher, or have a relevant child-development qualification.
  • Experienced in working with children, including non-native English-speaking children.
  • A positive, caring and patient attitude
  • Residing in Switzerland and a valid work permit
Working Hours:
  • Two afternoons per week: Tuesday and Friday.
  • One morning per week: Thursday.
  • Substitution when needed.

Pay: Up to CHF43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week

  • Monday to Friday
