The Process and tools department supports the Business Unit Customer Services to define, improve and implement processes with the right tools. Ready to make a difference?
Join us!

    Being a member of Project and Tools department in the BU Services + Success, the Process and Project Coordinator support and implement Logistics and Business projects respecting the Project & Tools methodology, in order to harmonize processes and improve efficiency.
    Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders (Business owner, SAP Coc / IT) and external partners.
    Define, organise and perform tests and propose improvements in order to simplify the way to work.
    Monitor project activities and ensure a state of the art follow up: dashboard, cockpits, reporting, analysis.
    Make sure that processes and tools defined will be well used by users : train, educate, understand business needs & make specifications out of them, track implementation and reduce the gap with business needs.
    Draft processes and implement solutions.

    University degree in economics, business engineering or similar undergraduate diploma.
    Relevant experience within major companies with international complex organizational structures.
    English mandatory, any other language is an asset.
    SAP knowledge
    Listening skills, ability to vulgarize and simplify processes
    Get things done mindset & solutions orientation
