We are looking for a visionary Product Manager Associate to support our Digital Assets product and take it to new heights, making trading an even more integral and intuitive experience for our clients.
As a member of the Product Strategy Trading team, you will:
Drive Growth: Support on leading the vision of the digital asset product together with the Digital Assets Product Manager, setting the direction for how our users experience trading.
Research and Strategize: Dive deep into market research, understanding the dynamics of our target audience and the competitive landscape to formulate insights and set a clear, actionable path for the product. Define an innovative and powerful yearly, mid-term and long-term vision and develop a strong strategic plan for the trading retail product.
Lead with data: Define key product KPIs, monitor feature adoption and usage to understand which client’s pain points and needs should be addressed.
Lead cross-departmental efforts to ensure our strategy not only meet but also exceeds our clients' expectations.
Collaborate and Inspire:

• Collaborate with stakeholders like Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Swissquote subsidiaries & tech teams to build a powerful product goals projects.
• Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and make sure the vision is aligned cross product.
• Collaborate with research and design teams to support product vision.
• Support to deliver the projects included in the strategy by closely collaborating with Software engineering teams .
• Lead the product and Inspire internal and external stakeholders in the strategy and the innovation we want to bring to our clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Assets in a financial company. Banks are a strong plus.
• A balanced understanding between product (client centric platforms) and technical (infrastructure) aspects related to trading, custody and staking operations.
• Understanding of banking infrastructure and basic regulations is a plus.
• Good understanding of institutional business lines (B2B/B2B2C) and needs is a plus.
• Personal proven experience in Digital Assets operations is a strong plus.
• An autonomous curious individual who is always exploring innovative solutions and staying ahead of trends.
• A compelling storyteller with outstanding communication skills, capable of sharing your vision and inspiring everyone from team members to upper management.
• A strong leader, the main figure of the digital asset product.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and our working language. Proficiency in French or other languages is considered a plus.
