Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy you will be responsible for driving forward the vision of the of the product strategy for trading both retail and institutional clients. You will supervise a team of 8 people including product managers, UX researchers, Customer experience and product designers. As the product strategy trading manager you will also be responsible for:
Collaborate and Inspire:

• Ensuring a smooth collaboration with stakeholders like Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Swissquote subsidiaries & tech teams to build powerful product goals projects.
• Strengthen collaboration with other product managers to share knowledge and make sure the vision is aligned cross product line
• Support to deliver the projects included in the strategy by closely collaborating with Software engineering teams
• Always, constantly being the leader of the team and Inspire internal and external stakeholders in the strategy and the innovation we want to bring to our clients.

Drive Growth & Continuous Innovation: Lead the vision of the team and empower them to drive growth by setting the direction for how our users experience trading. Pursue a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to push the boundaries of design to deliver unique and creative solutions.
Team Management: Lead, organize, and inspire the product team by fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment. Allocate resources and manage tasks efficiently to ensure optimal results. Supporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities. Ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles. Developing key talent to ensure business growth and continuity.
Managing main HR processes related to team daily functions.
Performance and skills development management: Setting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues. Contributing to the creation of motivating career and skills development programs.
Goals supervision: Oversee all aspects of the strategy building, from research, analysis, goals definition and validation, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality, consistency and close collaboration with Software engineering (our main stakeholder).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in trading/finance business sector as a manager, product manager, product owner or product strategist, with a thorough understanding of the market landscape, main players and offer in Switzerland and internationally.
• A strong leader with management skills.
• An individual with a proven record of accomplishment of driving product success, comfortable with making data-driven decisions.
• Strongly organized, autonomous and result-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration & influencing skills.
• High-energy, hard-working team player.
• Education to bachelor/master’s degree level.
• A compelling storyteller with outstanding communication skills, capable of sharing your vision and inspiring everyone from team members to C-level executives.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and our working language. Proficiency in French or other languages is considered a plus.
