Quality & Food Safety

Role :

The successful candidate will report to the Quality and Food Safety Director and will be based in Switzerland. The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Quality team and will be responsible to support and assist the Team in place in Quality Assurance, Product Quality and Customer Quality topics.
Maternity leave replacement, maximum term employment agreement of 12 months.

Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance:

• Preparation, performance and follow-up of internal/inter-site audits and FAMI-QS certification audit
• Preparation, performance and follow-up of BIO audits
• Maintenance of Quality Management System of ADMI, with special parts dedicated to compound feed
• Lead the HACCP, VACCP and TACCP review
• Regular follow-up of the monitoring check-list (Rolle's Team) and scorecard (with production sites)
• Regular follow-up of the training plan and organization of quality onboarding for new employees
• Projects related to Quality Assurance

Product Quality:

• Lead the suppliers/raw materials approval process (follow-up, recording, decision with the support of the Product Quality manager)
• Follow-up of cross contamination/homogeneity tests for each Co-manufacturer
• Follow-up of the suppliers certificates and technical documents
• Projects related to Product Quality

Customer Quality:

• Creation and update of Safety Data Sheets on a dedicated software
• Creation and update of composition certificate
• Creation and update of products specific statements (GMO, undesirable substances…etc.)
• Complete quality questionnaires for customers
• Projects related to Customer Quality

Profile :

• Master's degree in the field of quality, food/feed industry or chemistry
• At least 3 year of experience in audit, quality, food/feed industry or chemistry
• Knowledge of ISO9001, FAMI-QS and GMP+ is a plus
• Knowledge of BIO regulation is a plus
• Autonomous, curious and meticulous, with excellent team spirit
• Well organized and rigourous
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are open to change.
• You are a committed and customer-oriented team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
