The “Signal Processing & AI” Group of our “Medtech” Business Unit, based in Bern/Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is looking for an efficient, inspiring and communicative, Software Developer in Biomedical Engineering.

Your mission
You will be responsible for organizing and executing software and hardware testing procedures for biomedical applications, as well as preparing the corresponding reports and documents for customer releases. Additionally, you will develop and maintain biomedical algorithm solutions, primarily focused on vital sign monitoring and diagnostics.
Your responsibilities

• Perform and document software and integration tests
• Transfer and maintain software solutions for clients, including documenting Software Release Reports
• Design and develop embedded algorithms
• Adhere to medical IEC 62304 standards and CSEM QMS
• Innovate and conceptualize future Digital Health technologies based on the identification and anticipation of customer and societal needs.

Place of work will be mostly Bern and occasionally Neuchâtel.
Your profile
Know-how

• You are a motivated EPF/HES engineer in software development, signal processing, biomedical engineering or equivalent (MSc).
• You have solid software development skills in various programming languages including C and Python.
