Join Our R&D Operations Team!


We are looking for a dynamic and flexible R&D Operations Project Administrator to support our Research & Development Operations team. If you are adaptable, enjoy variety, are comfortable with digital tools, have laboratory experience, are fluent in French and at ease with English, and can communicate smoothly across teams, this role is for you! You will handle a range of tasks, optimize current R&D processes, and contribute to the digitalization of our workflows. Acting as a link between laboratory researchers and various internal partners, such as Procurement, Safety, Health & Environment, and Site Management, you will help drive innovation forward. With your strong communication skills and team spirit, you will help us explore new possibilities. Let’s work together on practical and efficient solutions!


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a regular supply of laboratory consumables by optimizing purchases and inventory management to minimize costs and avoid shortages. Update product databases, analyze needs based on laboratory activities, and manage logistics by overseeing deliveries and maintaining strong supplier relationships for a smooth supply chain.
• Suggest innovative solutions to optimize procurement processes and address potential issues, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the digitalization of tools and processes to enhance efficiency, traceability, and facilitate order management. Leverage digital tools to ensure effective communication enhance coordination and information sharing.
• Along with Procurement, streamline the supplier base and optimize pricing to enhance overall efficiency. Carefully evaluate and select suppliers to ensure the best value for the laboratories' needs.
• Work closely with laboratories to anticipate their needs and ensure they have the necessary resources to operate efficiently. Foster strong partnerships and maintain open communication to respond effectively to changing requirements and drive overall cost efficiency.
• Along with Safety, Health and Environment experts (SHE) facilitate the deployment of SHE best practices and use of adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) to nurture a safe working environment.

You Bring:

• A deep understanding of the practical aspects of working in laboratories and research offices.
• Proficiency in French and a very good level of English, knowledge of German is an asset.
