Responsible for analyzing and advising on a wide range of tax issues / Responsible for advising clients on direct and indirect taxes such as withholding tax, VAT, stamp duty / Analyzing and assisting in the application of international tax regulations and FATCA/QI as well as CRS/AEOI / Responsible for structuring and taxation of investments / Responsible for transfer pricing and withholding tax / Responsible for tax risk management / Conducting tax audits / Analyzing tax risks and processes and conducting risk assessments / Responsible for developing or adapting risk mitigation concepts / Supporting the specialist teams in tax matters / Developing tax policies and procedures for the bank / Responsible for monitoring developments in tax legislation (laws and directives) / Responsible for training on tax risk mitigation / Reporting to senior management / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Degree in Law or Economics / Further training such as EXPERTsuisse, LL.M. with a focus on tax, CAS or MAS in Taxation, etc. / Solid professional experience in the field of tax at a bank, at a Big Four in tax consulting or in an international tax firm / Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes as well as tax compliance according to FATCA/QI and CRS/ DAC6 / Experience in dealing with tax law firms and Authorities / Analytical, analytical, meticulous way of working / Project management skills and interest in change management / Interest in managing simultaneous projects / High service and customer orientation / Positive attitude and interest in sustainable communication with internal and external stakeholders / Proactive, polite personality with IT flair and MS Office skills (Excel) / Current residence in Switzerland / French and English language skills, German as an advantage.
