How you make a difference

• In this exciting role, you will develop and operationalize the search and SEO strategy, position the topic of “search and SEO” as an important success factor across the Group and work together with the product owners to define suggestions for improvement.
• You will analyse trends and innovations in the field of search and SEO, conduct training courses and workshops and act as the Group-wide contact person for these topics.
• You will work with the content teams on the strategic development of content along defined user journeys and search intentions.
• You will develop and maintain the relevant tools from the search and SEO framework and will be responsible for their use. You will ensure compliance with standards and the KPI framework for impact measurement.
• You will develop strategic concepts that harmonise communication measures such as SEA, social media and or-ganic searches and align content with user journeys and search intentions.
• You will be responsible for creating and updating tools, specifications and guidelines as well as providing special-ist operational support for search and SEO.

What you have to offer

• You have a degree as a Digital Marketing Manager or have completed further training in a similar field.
• Thanks to your technical background, you understand search engine algorithms, indexing processes and the use of AI and data analysis to optimise search results and recommendations.
• You have in-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including crawling and indexing, website architecture, Page Speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile friendliness, on-page SEO.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the different elements of websites, apps or other digital channels and know how they can affect search engine optimisation.
• You have extensive experience in developing and implementing content strategies, particularly in creating search engine optimised content, keyword research, optimising existing content and working with content teams to maximise relevance and visibility in search results.
• You have proven experience in search engine marketing for large corporate websites that serve different stake-holder groups.
• You have very good spoken and written German and good knowledge of English.
