Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with AML & CDB regulations and internal policies during account opening.
  • Conduct due diligence (KYC) and verify documentation adequacy and plausibility.
  • Check compliance with CDB20, LBA, OBA-FINMA, and tax regulations (FATCA, CRS, QI).
  • Support relationship managers with account opening for individuals and corporations.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Front Office, Tax, and Legal departments.
  • Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and facilitate team information sharing.



The Successful Applicant
Profile:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Swiss private bank.
  • Strong knowledge of AML & FT regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in IT tools; knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
  • Versatile, persistent, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Residency in Switzerland required.
