As the Senior Director of Product, Growth, and Brand, you play a pivotal role in driving strategies aimed at expanding our customer base and increasing profitability. You work closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across the organization. You are responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, while maintaining consistent messaging and positioning across all channels. Additionally, you lead the product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands, while actively seeking new growth opportunities. By leveraging data and market insights, you optimize customer perception and product development to fuel sustainable business growth.

Tasks:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that contribute to the overall business objectives, driving customer growth in collaboration with your team of marketers and in close cooperation with the sales channels
Identify new business opportunities and provide actionable plans to the department and sales teams, ensuring continuous improvement in the company’s go-to-market strategies
Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing new features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives, with responsibility for the entire product lifecycle—from development to ongoing optimization
Oversee the portfolio of products across Mobile, Internet, and TV, while evolving a compelling customer value proposition (CVP) through smart bundling and pricing strategies targeted at different customer segments
Design and implement a holistic and differentiating brand strategy in collaboration with agencies, to enhance market positioning and ensure a strong, memorable brand experience, including managing annual marketing budgets
Lead a cross-functional marketing team that covers product management, acquisition planning, and brand communication, while providing opportunities for development and guidance on work priorities, budgets, and resources
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Base Management, Customer Operations, Mar Tech, Network, Finance, and the Sunrise brand

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent
Extensive leadership experience, preferably in dynamic, agile, and growth-oriented environments
Over 5 years of significant experience in Product Management and Brand Management
Over 5 years of practical experience in both online and offline Marketing & Sales
Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, exhibiting an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude
Customer- and market-focused, with a team-oriented approach, a winning mentality, and a growth mindset that embraces constant learning and improvement
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
