You will become part of our B2B Digital Team: a dynamic, motivated, multicultural team consisting of experts in content, website management, analytics, UX, PO, and marketing management. Together, we are driving growth in e Shop sales, Website traffic and on-site conversions.

Tasks:

Focus on all digital channel activities (SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, sunrise.ch websites) and actively orchestrate E2E campaigns for peak and always-on presence for Sunrise Business portfolio (B2B)
Co-create the digital media ecosystem and make sure, targets are defined, appropriate and in line with overall KPI's, based on business and go-to-market briefing
Ensure that all digital campaign activations are planned, set up, run, and optimized according to the defined strategy and processes
Brief and co-ordinate all external agencies and/or inhouse Sunrise capabilities which contribute to digital activation (e.g. paid digital media buying & optimization, creatives etc.)
Make sure that all foundations & assets (website, social, media assets, etc.) are in place and set up for an optimum performance
Conduct regular performance analysis to drive fact-based decision marketing process and ongoing optimization in order to achieve the campaign targets on continuously improve ROI, traffic and conersions
Ensures effective communication and co-operation between marketing teams for the dedicated campaign execution (peak & always on)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business informatics or similar
Digital marketing professional (5 years +) with hands-on mentality in digital media execution (SEA, paid social, programmatic execution, SEO considered as plus)
Proven record of digital campaign management in an agency or medium to larger corporate environment, preferable on B2B side
You are creative, number-oriented and possess great analytical skills
Excellent project management skills, experience in agile way of working is a plus
Great collaborator, impresses with high communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, German a plus
