As a Real Estate & Contracts Specialist, you'll be at the core of our operations, ensuring the smooth management of all administrative tasks related to our Mobile Sites. You'll handle everything from contract management in SAP/RE-FX to direct communication with site owners and overseeing lease agreements. This is a dynamic role where your attention to detail and ability to keep things moving will truly make a difference. Tasks:

All administrative tasks related to the management of our Mobile Sites
Data entry, administration, and management of the contract system SAP/RE-FX
Invoice payment via SAP/RE-FX and Ariba
Handling Mobile Access Leases (Scanning, Signature round) and archiving
Communication with Site Owners regarding contract extension and trouble shooting.
Personal and written contact with owners, tenants, authorities, Land Registry, etc.
Answering, handling or mediating telephone calls

Requirements:

Completed commercial training or equivalent
Several years of experience within the Administration sector
Experience in telecommunication administration is a plus
Eloquent, independent and confident in writing correspondence of any kind
Relation and Communication skills
French Native, Stylistically confident in English and Italian, both written and spoken
