Have an impact:

As the Senior Director Product, Growth & Brand, you play a pivotal role in driving strategies aimed at growing our customer base and profits, working very closely with Sales and aligning efforts with multiple teams. You oversee the development and execution of comprehensive Marketing campaigns that enhance the brands’ visibility, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels. You lead the product strategy, ensuring that product offerings are aligned with customer needs and market demands, while continually seeking new growth opportunities. By leveraging data and market insights, optimize both customer perception and product development to fuel sustainable business growth.

Tasks:

Developing and implementing a marketing strategy that contributes towards the overall business strategy, and drives customer growth together with your team of Marketeers and in close cooperation with the sales channels
Identifying new business opportunities and providing actionable plans to the department and sales teams, ensuring the continuous improvement of the company’s Go2market
Developing and implementing product roadmaps that prioritize new features, enhancements and strategic initiatives, including responsibility for the entire product life cycle (from development to continuous optimization)
Owning the portfolio of products across Mobile, Internet & TV, as well as evolving a compelling customer value proposition (CVP), with smart bundling and pricing strategies geared towards our customer segments
Crafting and implementing a holistic and differentiating brand strategy, in collaboration with agencies, to improve the market position and to ensure a strong, memorable brand experience, incl. responsibility for annual marketing budgets
Leading a cross-functional marketing team covering all aspects of product management, acquisition planning and brand communication, providing development opportunities and guidance on work priorities, budgets, and resources
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business (e.g. Sales, Base Mgmt., Customer operations, Mar Tech, Network, Finance, Sunrise brand)

Requirements:

Substantial leadership experience, preferably in dynamic/agile/growth-oriented environments
5+ years of significant experience in Product Management & Brand Management
5+ years of practical experience in online and offline Marketing & Sales
Combining strategy with execution, entrepreneur & can-do-spirit
Customer & market focused, team player with winner mentality and growth mindset, incl. constant learning and improvement
Master/bachelor in marketing and/or Economics, or equivalent
Proficient in English; German a plus
