Your Tasks

Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service
Produce Sushi Rolls
Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
General cleaning work
Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP

Your profile

At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
Good command of English and intermediate German
Clean, efficient and precise way of working

Nooch Asian Kitchen is one of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie oldest food concepts and has been bringing Asian street food to Switzerland for over 15 years. The Nooch Asian Kitchen on Badenerstrasse in Zurich stands out with its interior. More than 120 seats allow our guests to linger - including on swings instead of ordinary chairs. In our beautiful inner courtyard there is room for over 60 guests. The team at Badenerstrasse is also responsible for take-away and delivery orders.
