    • Provide the mise en place for lunch and dinner service

Your profile
  • At least 2 years of experience in the preparation of sushi (sushi training an advantage)
  • Good command of English and intermediate German
  • Clean, efficient and precise way of working

Nooch Asian Kitchen is one of the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie oldest food concepts and has been bringing Asian street food to Switzerland for over 15 years. There is always a lot going on at the restaurant on Barfüsserplatz in Basel: Guests can enjoy their meal in the restaurant on one of our 16 swings, for example, or pick up their take-away order on site. The Nooch Asian Kitchen at Barfüsserplatz is spread over two floors and offers over 115 seats.
