Job Description & Summary
A career in Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at Pw C by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on engaging and hiring the most promising college students from campus and university. You’ll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.
Your Impact

• Recruit experienced hires for a business unit at various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

• Advice the business in all recruiting matters and independently develop sourcing/recruiting strategies and implement them yourself.

• Be the contact person for all stakeholders in your area and you work on internal HR projects.

• Acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training.

Your Skill set

• At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, at least 2 years of experience in active sourcing and in-depth market knowledge in Switzerland, ideally in the consulting or financial services industry.

• Very good English skills, German would be an asset.

• Exceptionally service-oriented, committed and outgoing personality who enjoys working independently, team-oriented and actively in a dynamic environment.

• Highly knowledgeable about the specific requirements of your internal clients and skilled in proactively generating additional value beyond the existing service

• Proficient with recruitment technologies and platforms, experience with Workday and Prospective would be an advantage.
