Talent Acquisition Specialist (60%)
In this exciting role reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive the end-to-end international recruitment activities for Net Guardians' entities at a global level, with a focus on Switzerland, Kenya and Singapore.
You will collaborate closely with the business lines and guide them find talented and passionate colleagues to join Net Guardians. Your proactive approach will enable you build a talent pool and develop a strong network internally as well as externally. More specifically, you will:

• Actively source candidates through various professional networks for all profiles working at Net Guardians, such as Engineers, Sales, and many more

• Manage the entire interview process and ensure great candidate experience

• Define best recruitment approach and channels to target

• Guide and coach hiring managers in interviewing skills as well as identifying the best talents for our company

• Prepare offer of employment packages, negotiate and finalize related details

• Create and maintain a talent pool

In addition, you will take the lead on talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, including participating to different recruiting forum and facilitate recruiting skills workshops.
You will have the opportunity to develop your HR skills and knowledge by taking additional responsibilities in HR operations, and other projects as assigned.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are a natural team player who is able to engage with transversal, international and technical teams. You are self-driven, display energy & enthusiasm and are objectives driven. You are proactive, well organized and work with autonomy. You have an appetite in growing your HR skills and have at heart to build your business awareness.

• 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a technology business

• Successful track record of recruiting at international level

• Knowledge of recruiting tools, including Linkedin recruiter

• Good command of MS Office

• HR Certificate, a great asset

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Fluent in French & English, any other languages is a strong asset
