Our Company is a subsidiary of the 20th largest worldwide Oil producer. It is the Latin America's second largest company by annual revenue. In 2022 was among the 300 largest companies worldwide in the Fortune Global 500 ranking.
We are a Captive Reinsurance Company and therefore we are a wholly owned subsidiary created to provide insurance to our parent company.
Our Company was founded in 1993 in Bermuda, however in 2004 was moved to Switzerland where it is domiciled until today. We are among the Swiss largest captive reinsurance company by annual revenue and one of the largest captive reinsurance companies worldwide. Due to our financial size and our nature, we are a heavily regulated company, subject to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). We are a rated by Standard & Poor’s and AM Best credit rating agencies.
What can you expect?
As a captive reinsurance company, we are small in size but large in complexity. In Switzerland we are 7 employees managing 15 externals providers. At the location of our parent company, we have 24 employees managing 50 external providers. In Switzerland, the 7 employees, manage all Financial matters including accounting and financial planning. We also manage international taxes, IT, legal and compliance subjects with FINMA, Swiss National Bank, external auditors and tax authorities. And finally, also, all technical underwriting and claims issues.
In terms of path career, our company has a total of 30 employees, out of which 7 positions are in Switzerland and 24 in another continent. The 6 employees in Switzerland are very much exposed to all matters mentioned above.

Main tasks.
Management of the agenda of the team, ensuring that appointments are timely and efficiently managed.
Keeping track of all open topics, ensuring management of pending matters.
Preparation and editing of correspondence, presentations, and related documents in German, English and occasionally also in Spanish.
Logistical and administrative preparation of on- and offsite meetings, support during the meetings.
Meetings can range from smaller audiences to meetings of the Shareholders and Board of Directors.
Taking care of incoming physical and digital mail.
Management of general administrative activities and tasks, such as expense reports, document filing, etc.
Management of the physical and electronic archive.
Management of the general maintenance of the office.
Organisational and administrative support to the other employees.
Your Qualifications.
Language skills: German, English and Spanish.
You are a proficient user of MS Office, especially on Word and Power Point.
You are highly service-oriented as well as proactive.
You are able to organize and prioritize your work in an efficient and effective manner.
You enjoy working in a diverse working environment.
