: Job Description:

• Act as Treasury Business Partner on FX risk, working closely with Finance Business partners across the world
• Support FX hedging programs
• Evaluate and propose solutions/improvements to further mitigate FX risk
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes

• Act as subject matter expert on loans and intercompany lending, working closely with Transfer Pricing and Tax departments
• Manage daily & monthly activities related to loans (implementation, interest adjustments if required, rolling, etc.)
• Co-lead cash pooling processes (month end interest postings, distribution of cash pool benefit & ad hoc requests)

• Treasury lead in various strategic cross functional projects: responsible for driving complex, transformational initiatives & step plans
• Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices
• Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements

• Partner with global and regional teams in the US, Asia and Latin America on topics such as dividends, financing, capital increase/decrease and M&A activities
• Partnership with other departments for ad-hoc information requests as needed
• Prepare presentation materials & analysis as needed

• Comply with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Investigate any attempted fraud
• Remediate payment issues
• Respond to internal and external audit requests

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Treasury, ideally with exposure to one or many of the following topics: FX, Intercompany Loans, Project Management & Cash management
• Sound understanding of corporate finance and banking products
• Strong analytical skills and proven record of data analysis using tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau and Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience with Treasury Management systems, such as SAP Treasury module, will be considered as an advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in alignment with business goals
• Team player, able to collaborate in a dynamic environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in multiple time zones
• Fluency in English
