Methane Abatement Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience implementing new technologies for
midstream companies. The primary responsibility will be deploying the Slip Pure TM methane
abatement technology at gas pipeline compressors. As a rapidly growing company, there is
potential to assume additional responsibilities. Daphne Technology is a Swiss
headquartered company with subsidiaries in the US, Norway and Singapore.

GHG-reducing technologies. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement our
Slip Pure TM technology, serving as the ‘go-to’ person for both customers and Daphne employees. As a fast-

actively shape your career. Ideal candidates will have experience managing the implementation of new
technologies, ideally at midstream companies. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Engineering,
Project Management, or a related field.

Your responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource

allocation.

• Coordinate and lead international project teams (that include mechanical and electrical engineers,

scientists and technicians), ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation

strategies.

• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to the management team and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project

stakeholders.

• Communicate project objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders, managing expectations

throughout the project lifecycle.

• Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

• Implement cost control measures to optimize project spending without compromising quality or safety.

• Review and approve project invoices, ensuring accurate billing and proper cost allocation.

Risk Management:

• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to mitigate operational and

environmental risks.Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and

client expectations.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and quality

requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree and/or a Project

Management Professional (PMP) certificate is a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the energy industry, overseeing complex projects

from initiation to completion. Project Management experience in non-energy industries will be considered
with additional experience

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Familiarity with gas pipeline compressor operations, specifically four-stroke lean burn engines. Knowledge

of methane abatement reduction technologies is a plus

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with international

cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Understanding of safety regulations and environmental considerations in the oil and gas industry.
