The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary VP of Product Development to lead and oversee the product development and academic functions of our language schools worldwide. This senior leadership role is crucial in driving our digital transformation, improving customer experience, and enhancing our educational offerings. Our programs span short term language courses to full-year academic programs, catering to students of all ages, from young learners to seniors. We take pride in developing state-of-the-art learning programs in-house, providing our students with a fully integrated learning experience inside and outside the classroom. • Transformative Customer Experience: Provide a transformative experience, throughout the customer journey, preparing our students to excel in an ever-evolving world, by leveraging the latest technology, methodologies and approaches.
• World Leading Language Education: Position the organization as a leader in international language education through innovative educational practices, effective curriculum development, and impactful academic operations.
• Collaborative Team: Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, including cross-divisional initiatives, to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
