Our team is passionate about storytelling through visuals, and we're looking for a talented videographer / editor based in Switzerland to join us in crafting compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
What you’ll do:

• Conceptualise innovative video ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with client objectives.
• Assess and analyse previous edits to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Oversee the progression of content through various stages of production, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Perform video and photo editing tasks to create polished and professional content.
• Ensure all edited content meets the desired aesthetic and technical standards.
• Capture high-quality vertical video content tailored to social media and other digital platforms.
• Ensure each video aligns with the company's brand and client specifications.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Plan and coordinate aspects of the shoot, including timelines, props, locations, and shot lists.
• Lead on-set operations, including directing actors, influencers, and crew.
• Ensure the technical quality of the footage, including lighting, sound, and camera angles.
• Maintain an organised library of footage and manage metadata for easy retrieval.
