Apply for this exciting position in Zurich’s Group Compliance team and support our Next Generation Talent Strategy! Key stakeholders are based in Zurich, Switzerland.

You will be introduced to a broad spectrum of topics while working on several priorities in close collaboration with many team members in a truly international environment.

The role provides a great opportunity to collaborate closely with many experts, while being empowered to bring in and present own ideas.

What you will do

Support the development and revision of new and or existing Compliance frameworks as well as the implementation of such
Contribute to delivery of the annual Group Compliance plan
Collaborate with a global team of Compliance experts
Support the enhancement of our overall Group Compliance training landscape
Working with colleagues to progress our Compliance continuous improvement global project
Conduct research on Compliance topics and trends and prepare findings in presentations (in Power Point or Word) for senior stakeholders
Hands-on work in operational tasks related to Compliance

What you bring

Enrolment in a University/ Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship is mandatory
Student, ideally nearing completion of a Master in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs or similar
Strong oral & written communication skills as well as MS Office applications
Business fluent in English
Responsible, detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks
A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment
First Experience working independently and owning initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders from start to finish
You must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract.
