YOUR ROLE
The Account Sales Head will drive growth and retention for Edenred Taiwan's existing client base. He/She will develop sales strategies to deepen client relationships and lead a team to maximize revenue through cross-selling/upselling products in the employee benefit market.

- Lead a team of 5~7 members
The Account Sales Head is responsible for:

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy optimized for account management and development
- Provide strategic direction to the sales team, ensuring agility and adaptability to dynamic market conditions and create additional sales opportunities within existing clients
- Set motivating sales targets for a team of Account Sales professional aligned to key account plans and conduct meaningful sales review meetings optimized to help them achieve their sales targets
- Review, suggest and discuss sales incentive design with Strategy and Business Excellence Team to ensure Account Sales Team are motivated on a quarterly basis.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Sales professionals to be proficient in Edenred Selling methodologies, instilling a sense of urgency and accountability for cross-sell performance and key accounts maintenance
- Foster a high-performance culture geared towards achieving rapid sales targets and swift client satisfaction
- Instill data driven performance management, using CRM (Salesforce) tools for sales performance management, including but not limited to close monitoring of visiting activity, funnel management and win rate

REVENUE GROWTH:
- Drive the achievement of aggressive sales targets, continually assessing and adjusting key account strategies for optimal performance with a specific focus in cross-sell and key account maintenance
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue immediate business opportunities for accelerated revenue growth and actively manage attrition rate

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
- Build and maintain client relationships optimized for swift conversions, ensuring exceptional service and rapid satisfaction Leading to high client NPS scores
- Leverage unique dynamics of rapid sales to establish trust and deliver quick wins for clients

MARKET ANALYSIS:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics influencing rapid sales
- Provide valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies geared towards rapid market penetration

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
- Work with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, merchant and product to algin cross-selling strategies and ensure seamless customer experience
YOUR PROFILE
- 8+ years’ experience as a Sales in B2B, Saa S software or digital products in mid to large-size clients; Minimal 4+ years’ as a Sales Leader
- Demonstration of sales track record and leading sales team to over-achieve sales target through end-to-end execution of business strategies
- Possess strong negotiation skills to lead sales team to secure new opportunities in account management , including pricing agreements and contract terms
- Adept at building mutually beneficial agreements that expand service coverage and strengthen customer relationship
- Strong leadership and people management skill, capable of enabling Account Sales to pitch effectively and convert new opportunities successfully
- Experience in managing sales funnel and negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate structure
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in undertaking a data-driven approach to key account development
- Ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to bring customer requirements to a reality
- Experienced in using CRM tools (Salesforce) pipeline management to manage team performance
- Strong analytical problem-solving approach
- Good cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Languages required: Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
