Analyst, P&G, WRB Credit

Job Summary
- Execute day to day activities pertaining to WRB Risk provisioning process, including manual provisioning, PSGL reconciliation, etc.
- Check and ensure auto/manual provisioning results are in accordance with credit loss recognition standard.
- Prepare write-off proposal and paper for Board approval as required by local regulators.
- Report loan impairment result and other risk indicators to internal management team, group team, finance, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with different teams on loan impairment forecast for monthly outlook and corporate plan.
- Prepare and submit WRB Risk-related reports (including delinquency, NPL, LI, provision balance, ECL, etc) based on the requirement by group team, group regulators, finance, and others.
- Review monthly ECL results, conduct quality check, and prepare ECL reports.
- Participate in group projects pertaining to reporting process.

- Good understanding of Taiwan business, and support business and finance requests on loan impairment, provision, and delinquency reporting.
Processes
- To ensure daily work meet internal control and compliance such as code of conduct, process standard, etc.
- Work with Group colleagues on the definition and submission of new or existing reports to meet regulatory requirement.
- Ensure satisfactory completion of documents required by internal, group and regulator audit.
Risk Management
- Ensure timely submission of reports for management decision.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Full time staff.
- 3+ years of experience in retail risk reporting with strong analytical skill.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, i.e., PSGL posting and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of python and SAS programming.
- Independent worker, logical thinking, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Spoken and written English are required.
