The Position
Role Purpose
This role is at the forefront of our mission to create "smart pathology laboratories." By leveraging our RTD solutions, you will empower laboratory clients to establish efficient and precise pathology testing processes, ultimately enhancing diagnostic accuracy and elevating healthcare services for patients. As a driving force for change, you will inspire clients to embrace new technologies, overcome the challenges associated with digital pathology and algorithms, and seamlessly integrate our solutions into their workflows for maximum impact.

Requirements:
Qualifications: International Technologist in Gynecologic Cytology (CTgyn, ASCPi), a licensed Cytotechnologist, or a Pathology Specialty Medical Technologist.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in medical technology, pathology, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).

Role scope:

Collaborate with the Customer Success Team and Diagnostics Value Teams to promote and sell the company’s RTD solutions, supporting pathology laboratories in optimizing their testing processes for accuracy and efficiency.Enhance customer awareness and satisfaction (NPS) with our products while expanding market share through strategic customer engagement.
Requirements:
Qualifications: International Technologist in Gynecologic Cytology (CTgyn, ASCPi), a licensed Cytotechnologist, or a Pathology Specialty Medical Technologist.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in medical technology, pathology, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
Working Experience:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a pathology laboratory.

Experience with diagnostic processes such as tissue sectioning, staining (HE/IHC/Special Stains), in situ hybridization (ISH), and specimen management.

Familiarity with digital pathology solutions and the ability to interpret tissue and cell sections.
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Expertise in specimen preparation and pre-analytical processes.

Proficiency in tissue sectioning and staining techniques (HE/IHC/Special Stains).

In-depth knowledge of in situ hybridization (ISH) and specimen management processes.

Strong understanding of digital pathology and proficiency in interpreting tissue and cell samples.

Ability to work effectively with lab staff to introduce and integrate new technologies.
Competencies:
-
Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Rexis, Smarteeva).

Excellent project management and communication skills to manage client relationships and deliver successful project outcomes.
Others (i.e. Travel Requirement):
-
Willingness to support customers in South and Central Taiwan.
-
Occasional short-term travel (2-3 days) may be required to ensure customer success and engagement.
