JOB SUMMARY
- In responsible for FICC transactions with Financial Institutional clients by daily basis.
- Provide the daily FICC market color update to both external clients and internal stakeholders
- Work as a team player to help the team to do the transactions in Fixed Income and FX products.
- Develop new business opportunity with CIB coverage team and FM stakeholder to maximise the product platform of SCB Taiwan.
- Create synergy by explore more cross selling opportunity to grow together with the clients

- Develop new business opportunity with CIB coverage team and FM stakeholder to maximise the product platform of SCB Taiwan.
- Create synergy by explore more cross selling opportunity to grow together with the clients
Business
- Interpret and implement client strategy (and exceptions) – including appropriateness and suitability.
- Drive account planning the active management of key clients to develop the FM wallet.
- Take initiatives to develop new clients and maintain existing clients for increased revenue and enhanced bank reputation for the Bank.
- Deliver on budgets.
Processes
- Responsible for executing the activities within the end-to-end Process in accordance with the process design and control standards.
- Jointly and severally responsible with the Second Line for risk and control outcomes of the process and any remediation or risk treatment actions in order to remain within risk tolerance.
- Propose risk acceptance requests with justification to the authorized risk acceptance authority and abide by any conditions of acceptance.
- Promptly execute any remediation or risk treatment actions to remain within risk tolerance.
- Record and maintain a record of all formal risk assessment and risk acceptance decisions in the Operational Risk systems
Risk Management
- Ensure the anti-money laundering and further compliance risk management programmes are fully adhered to.
- Ensure appropriateness profile and transaction approval procedures – Accountable for credit risk of customer, including developing an understanding of each customer’s business, risks and ensures credit limits are adhered to.
Governance
- Ensure the discharge of any personal or individual statutory, legal or regulatory responsibilities that apply by reason of any registration or regulatory approval held, or by occupying this role.
- Achieve growth in a safe and well-controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis-incorporating infrastructure requirement and ensure that they are fit-for-growth.
- Duly comply with both SCB internal policies/procedures and local regulatory requirements. Failure to comply with internal policies/procedures and /or local regulatory requirements may lead to disciplinary action which could results in dismissal.
- Be responsible for the compliance.
