Job Summary
Business Support
o Manage the administrative tasks of the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) team.
o Take personal responsibility to understand risk and compliance requirements of this role.
o Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Groups policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct.
o Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance matters.
o Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed, and misconduct appropriately dealt with
Community Impact
o Support to drive Bank’s Sustainability agenda and initiatives in Taiwan, including Employee Volunteering, Futuremakers, and other community impact related programmes.
o Support to develop, implement and execute sustainability programme and communication initiatives to effectively promote the positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

o Personal Assistant of Head CABM: manage correspondence and schedule arrangements, organise travel itineraries, flights, hotel and schedules, prepare and submit claims and other assigned administration work from Head CABM,
o Support CABM Team with administrative work as required, coordinate relevant team reports and activities.
o Support the Brand, Sponsorship and Community Engagement team with community engagement events and activities.
o Strategic project support for CABM team

o To engage internal and external stakeholders, including government and community leaders, NGOs, and corporate entities to deliver the Bank’s Community engagement agenda and profile.
o Provide guidance to partner NGOs to deliver Community engagement agenda of the Bank.
o Keep updated on current best practices – liaising with local NGOs and key stakeholders to ensure that the sustainability agenda remains relevant to the communities.
o Support on management of the reconciliation of Futuremakers fundraising account.

Risk Management
- Understanding risk management responsibilities into own responsibilities and every general management role, follows the Group’s organizational structure, incorporating business, functional and geographic entity dimensions.
- Ensure a full understanding and effective management of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility, and actively seeking advice from specialists wherever required.
- Ensure all material risk are identified, assessed, mitigate, monitored and reported, ensure that known risks are controlled within acceptable boundaries and to consistent standards.
- Ensure all applicable policies, procedures, limits and other risk control requirements are implemented and compiled with. Ensure that applicable external rules and regulations are compiled with.
- The ability to identify, access, monitor, control and mitigate risks to the Group while driving and executing Group’s sustainability agenda.
Governance
- Follow robust business and regulatory governance standard by adhered to relevant process, policies and procedures.
- Follow high awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
- Completion of all mandatory training needed including e-learning within stated timeframes to support the understanding of the roles for delivering effective governance
- Manage Futuremakers fundraising account and follow the related fundraising regulation in Taiwan
- Monitor Futuremakers fundraising account and align with Group’s fundraising standard and principles
