B2B Social Media & Community Specialist - Taiwan Region (Freelance)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance B2B Social Media & Community Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across B2B social media platforms and lead community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of community management, social media expertise, and public relations experience, with a passion for creating authentic connections and meaningful conversations in professional networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage organic content on Linked In, Twitter, and industry forums.
Engage with followers, drive discussions, and foster professional conversations.
Track and report on social media performance (likes, shares, engagement, etc.).
Community Management:
Build and nurture relationships within online B2B communities (Linked In groups, Slack channels, etc.).
Moderate community discussions, addressing questions or concerns.
Collect feedback and share insights with the team for product or service improvements.
PR & Brand Communication:
Write content that supports brand storytelling (e.g., press releases, blog posts, thought leadership articles).
Ensure consistent brand voice across social media and community channels.
Assist with media relations and pitch stories to relevant B2B publications (optional).
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align community and social media strategies with business goals.
Provide regular reports on community growth and social media metrics.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years in B2B social media, community management, or PR.
Proven track record in managing social media accounts and engaging with B2B communities.
Skills:
Strong writing and content creation for a B2B audience.
Expertise in Linked In, Twitter, and community platforms (e.g., Slack, Discourse).
Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
