Taiwan Social Media Specialist (Freelance)

We currently need professional support in our SEM-Biddable Media on a daily basis. To develop, implement, and manage biddable media strategies to drive qualified leads and support the business objectives of our B2B clients.
[Responsibilities]:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies for B2B clients across various platforms, including Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and programmatic networks.
- Create, manage, and optimize search, display, video, and social media campaigns to meet client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign results continually.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
- Forecast and monitor spending, adjusting bids and budgets to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and develop tailored biddable media strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning and execution.
- Report and communicate results/ideas with clients and also share with the operational and sales team, promoting team growth.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and features.
[Requirements And Skills]:
- Proficient in English
- Proficient with Paid Digital Marketing tools Google Ads (Search and Display), Bing Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.
- Experience with entire Digital Marketing Campaigns (Paid Social Media, PPC, SEO, SEM)
- Understanding of campaign process and budget allocations and optimization.
- 3-4 Years of Paid Digital Marketing experience
- Time management skills and proactive nature.
[Duration]:
3-6 Months
NOTE about this job:
1. This is a freelance contract based on a remote setting, we don't have any plan to offer you a full-time position for this role.
2. Only experienced and relevant candidates will be proceeding forward.
3. Project length: 3-6 months.
5. Be flexible to follow our daily operations (Day Shift: Monday to Friday) for 2-4 hours per day.
