Perfect becomes the first Taiwan-based Saa S company listed on the NYSE, as a pioneer in transforming the consumer shopping experience with its sophisticated Saa S solutions, including live product try-on. Founded in 2015, Perfect is a global leading provider of AI and AR Saa S solutions to the beauty and fashion industries. Perfect currently has offices located in 11 cities worldwide, including New York, Tokyo, Paris, and Shanghai and it serves over 450 cosmetic brands.

What's the job
- Account Management: Serve as the contact for customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Resource Coordination & Communication: Coordinate internal resources and facilitate cross-department communication to achieve high customer satisfaction. Drive business growth by aligning internal efforts with customer needs and goals.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with both headquarters and international branches to ensure seamless business operations. Foster collaboration across global teams to enhance customer experiences and outcomes.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on other related tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
條件要求
- Fluent or native English speaker and good communication skills
- With 2 year + of business management/account management/ client relation maintaining experience
