ASML Taiwan Female Mentorship Program
ASML Taiwan has developed a 5 months female mentorship to empower young female talents to develop their career and encourage to join the semiconductor industry. This program not only shares the mentor’s experience but also provides topics that could help with future career development. The mentorship program encourages students in Taiwan to be innovative, tackle challenges and keep learning.

What’s in it for you? The ASML Female Mentorship will provide each student with:

• A personal ASML mentor: an ASML expert who shares her knowledge and personal experiences with you, and guides you in your personal development.
• Once a month physical/virtual meeting with mentors. The topic will focus on but not limited mentor’s experience sharing
• ASML Taiwan Office tour
• 5-months program starting from September 2024 to January 2025.
• ASML female mentorship program certification: Program completed certification

Role and responsibilities
Being part of the female mentorship program, we will request all mentees:

• Attend courses on time.
• Maintain a minimum participation rate of 80% throughout the program.
• It is essential to finish all assignments prior to each session.
• Prepare yourself in advance for the upcoming courses.
• Show initiative by actively engaging in all sessions.

Do you fit?
You are a third/forth year undergraduate student in college. Or you are a post-graduated studying student pursuing master degrees.
Study in science and technology or business management field at a university in Taiwan:
Science and engineering

• Aerospace engineering
• Computer science or software/information engineering
• Electrical engineering
• Industrial engineering
• Materials science
• (Applied) Mathematics
• Machinery
• Mechanical engineering
• Nanotechnology, nanoscience or nanomaterials

Female Mentorship program application process :

• Apply Applications open in August to 2nd of September of 2024. You’ll need to complete the online application and submit required materials (including a resume, transcript and Self-recommendation plan). After application, you will receive the video interview link if you fit the criteria.
• 1st round selection We make selections based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, and your video interview. We’ll let you know by email if you’re selected to proceed to the second round.
• 2nd round selection you will virtual participate in the English/Chinese language combination interview. Please completed this tasks within 5 days after received the virtual questionnaire.
• Identified to join We’ll let you know by email or phone if you’ve been selected to receive the ASML Female Mentorship program before 5th of September , 2024.

Other information

• May I apply for the Female Mentorship program if I am not a Taiwanese student?

Yes, the Mentorship program is open to all the students who study in Taiwan’s universities. You have to provide enrolled certification as well. But please noted that this program will conduct by Mandarin. Please noted that you will be to understand the instruction provide from us.

• Video interview

After completing application, the first selection stage is an online, pre-recorded interview. If you are selected, you will be invited to record your answers to a few pre-determined questions via the tool Hire Vue. .
