- To demonstrate the brand ambassador to promote and deliver the best-in-class services in hiring to support the growth of each BUSUs with good talents.* Utilize the Internet as well as alternate channels for recruitment including: * Leverage Internet sources, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues* Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.* Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.* Develop and execute recruiting plans.* Work with hiring managers on recruitment* Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.* Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.* Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.* Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.* Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.* Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.* Market mapping and be able to build pipeline for supporting successor planning for each role.* To initiate and implement campus recruiting activities* To lead and initiate recruitment projects in align with regional principals* To demonstrate leadership capabilities in leading different projects and / or cross team co-operations* To make the best of AI/ML/Big Data to achieve the common goal of DDOM (Data-Driven Operating Model)-en
