Key accountabilities and responsibilities

• Focal of a Global Key Client's warehouse operation
• Responsible for the KPIs and KOIs
• Expert of Client's service requirement, SOP and guidance
• Super user of Client's WMS
• Strong coordinator between Client and outsourced vendor
• Good at vendor management and negotiation
• Capable to conduct data analysis and report creation
• Representative of Client's Taiwan site in operation community
• Proactive communication with overseas stakeholders

Who We are looking for

• Ocean export/import experience and knowledge
• Good communication with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in handling ocean consol
• Knowledge about CHB/FTZ process
• Experience in managing WMS (English)
• Good data analysis and report creation capability
• Fluent in English
• Good presentation skill
• Vendor management experience
• Good at working with multiple overseas stakeholders
