Global Forwarding delivers cargo across our global network via road, rail, sea, and air. From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving – across towns, across countries and across continents.

The opportunity

Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
Support account management and transaction processing.
Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.
Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
Responding to customer queries and resolving issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or above in equivalent principle
Over 10 years in global logistics/forwarding, including more than 5 years in key account roles.
Proven track record in handling large, complex projects with challenging business outcomes, demonstrating strong change management skills.
Experienced in regional and local RFP/RFQ Build relationships at all levels is a must.
Skilled in identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities, providing strategic advice, and employing critical thinking to find alternative solutions.
Passionate, Focused and goal oriented.
