Diagnostics Value Consultant - FMI

The Diagnostics Value Consultant must have a strong purpose to enable overall care experience for patients with cancer to achieve better patient outcomes and to achieve “Innovating Diagnostics, Shaping Healthcare and Changing Lives in Taiwan.”
You are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the integrated FMI ecosystem solutions. You are responsible for understanding the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs), Cancer patients, caregiver, market trends (and dynamics), and the competitive landscape to drive the development of integrated FMI ecosystem marketing plans.
In addition, you will be expected to create synergy and collaborate closely with other commercial teams in Roche Diagnostics Taiwan, external partners, Roche Pharma Taiwan, APAC & global teams when delivering and executing the above mentioned strategies.
Last but not least, you must have the will and tenacity to drive change & improvements in the Taiwan healthcare ecosystem and truly live and deliver the Roche motto of “Doing now what patients need next”.
主要工作職責 Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

You contribute to expanding the market reach of Roche's FMI ecosystem solutions by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. You embrace data insights to enable strategic decision making, market opportunities, product offers, and develop marketing strategies to realize business objectives.

You create integrated cross channel campaign plans as a digital cross-channel functional expert to improve customer engagement, campaign, performance and cross channel optimization.

You shape, steward and contribute to core business processes to ensure the investment and resourcing needs are well served.

You educate healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders about the benefits and value of Roche's products, leading to increased adoption and utilization.

You foster stronger relationships with customers and patients through the development of customer engagement and partnership to achieve customer and patient experience that contribute to the improvement of customer satisfaction related metrics.

You serve as a digital patient and customer engagement strategic thought partner. You advise, influence and advance digital engagement strategies and campaigns.

You work closely with cross-functional teams, such as but not limited to Leaders, Sales, Medical, Market Access within Dia and with Roche Pharma team, other affiliates or beyond. By collaborating optimally, you can align marketing efforts with these teams, ensuring a unified approach and maximizing the impact of marketing initiatives.

You will contribute significantly to the achievement of financial targets like sales and profits

Travel overseas and domestically may be required.

University degree and above in Science, Marketing or Business Management is required
工作經驗 Experience :

More than 8 years experience in Commercial roles in related industries is required.

Consistent track record of crafting value with and for customers and patients to craft the market and customers needs.

Mastery in Strategic thinking, data driven and analytical, stakeholder partnership as well as excellence in communication.

Experience in a diverse and inclusive environment.
